1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Forever Songs and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our Service

Forever Songs creates bespoke, personalised songs composed and recorded by professional musicians based on the story, details, and preferences you provide. Each song is an original commissioned work created exclusively for you.

Because every song is created from scratch based on your brief, slight variations in style and interpretation are part of the creative process. We work closely with every brief to deliver a song that authentically captures your story.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment is required before production begins. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
• We accept payments via secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your card details.
• In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, production will be paused until the matter is resolved.

4. Delivery

Your completed song will be delivered to your email address as a high-quality audio file (MP3 and/or WAV depending on your package). Standard delivery timelines vary by package. Express delivery options are available for an additional fee.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by high demand, holiday periods, or incomplete order information. We will always notify you of any delay.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the song for personal, non-commercial purposes — including sharing with family and friends, posting on social media (with credit), and playing at private events.

Commercial use — including synchronisation, broadcast, streaming on monetised platforms, or selling the song — requires a separate commercial licence. Please contact us to discuss pricing.

Forever Songs retains all underlying composition and master recording rights unless a full buyout licence is explicitly agreed in writing.

6. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse any order that requests content that is:

• Hateful, discriminatory, or inciting violence.
• Defamatory or designed to harass a specific individual.
• Sexually explicit or inappropriate for minors.
• In violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

If an order is refused for these reasons, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forever Songs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
