1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Forever Songs guarantees that every song is crafted with care and professionalism. We create each song based on the story and details you provide. The more information you share, the more personalised your result.

2. Free Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to request a revision. Each package includes free revisions:

• Standard package: 3 free revision.
• Express package: 3 free revisions.
• Premium package: 5 free revisions

Revisions can include changes to lyrics, mood, tempo, and vocal performance. Revision requests must be submitted within 48hrs of delivery.

3. Full Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a full refund in the following circumstances:

• You request a cancellation before production has begun (usually within 5 hours of payment since most of our order is completed under 24hrs).
• Your order is refused by us for any reason (e.g. prohibited content policy).
• We fail to deliver your song within twice the stated delivery timeline with no communication from our team.
• After revisions, the song still does not meet the agreed brief and requirements you submitted at order time.

4. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued when:

• Production is underway but not yet complete and you request a cancellation.
• You have approved part of the delivery (e.g. received the demo) but are dissatisfied with the final version despite revisions.

Partial refund amounts are assessed on a case-by-case basis proportional to work completed.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

• The song has been delivered, accepted, and used (e.g. shared at an event or posted online).
• The dissatisfaction stems from a change of mind unrelated to the quality of work.
• Insufficient or incorrect story details were provided at order time and we created the song based on what was given.
• The refund request is made more than 2 days after delivery.
• Add-on items (lyric video, sheet music, stems) once delivered.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@forversongs.com with:

1. Your order number.
2. Your name and the email address used for the order.
3. A brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
